Add a call forward custom destination

Add a call forward custom destination

You are here:
  • Access the Cloud PBX
  • Configuration → Custom Destinations
  • Click New Custom Destination
  • Set Type to Forward call to
  • Set the Name, e.g. John Doe Mobile
  • Set the phone number, e.g. 0271234567
  • If using request to confirm on a Hunt List pointing to this Custom Destination, leave Dial timeout blank
  • If using this Custom Destination without request to confirm, set Dial timeout to 14 seconds (below all standard mobile voicemail timeouts)
  • Instead of using CallerID settings here, do this in your call logic before routing to the Custom Destination.
  • Click Save
  • Done!
