You are here:
  • Browse to Configuration → Provisioning → Button Layouts
    • Click New Button Layout
      • Enter a name, i.e. T46S Reception – Line Keys, or T46S Reception – Expansion 1
      • Select the Button Layout Template that you’d like to use
        • Use the One Line option unless this needs to differ.
        • For Expansion Modules, numbering starts closest to the phone, and works outwards.
      • This should have removed the other fields
      • Click Save
    • Beside the Button Layout you just created, click Autoprovision Values
      • For each key
        • Select the Type you need
          • Disabled
            • Disables the button, setting it’s Type to N/A in the phone.
          • BLF
            • Shows current status of an extension or flow / variable
            • If pressed while phone is idle, calls the number from the extension field
            • If pressed during an active call, blind transfers the call to the extension or flow / variable referred to by the BLF
          • Speed Dial
            • To be used when a BLF subscription isn’t practical, i.e. off-tenant lines, including public toll free and mobiles
            • If pressed while phone is idle, calls the number from the extension field
            • If pressed during an active call, blind transfers the call to the extension or flow / variable referred to by the Speed Dial
          • Zero Touch
            • Opens an Auto Provision menu, which will retrieve settings from the Cloud PBX.
              • May reboot the phone, if a reboot is necessary to complete configuration changes that have been retrieved.
        • Select the Parameter you need
          • Only possible selection is Directed Call Pickup
            • If pressed while phone is idle, on a BLF key, will perform an immediate Directed Call Pickup on the extension referred to by the BLF.
        • Type the Label you want to appear on the key (physically on the phone).
          • This is an optional multi select field, that lets you easily retrieve the Name of any extension.
        • Select the Account you want the call to be placed from, if the button is pressed while the phone is idle.
        • Select the Extension
          • This is an optional multi select field, that lets you easily retrieve the Username of any extension.
      • Click Save
  • Done!
