Datacentre Remote Hands

Smart remote hands charges for datacentre services are currently priced as follows:

• Rack & Stack = $150
  • Includes unboxing preconfigured server, racking using supplied rails, connecting to power & network and powering on.
• Deracking = $120 + materials
  • Deracking device, boxing and postage if required.
• Basic actions = Complimentary
  • Includes button pushes, light readouts etc
• Replacing hot-swap device = Complimentary
  • Includes disk, power supply etc
• Replacing cold-swap device = $150/hr
  • Includes CPU, memory, disk, power supply etc
• Attaching KVM = Complimentary
• Other requests – business hours = $150/hr
• Other requests – after hours = $300/hr
